It does not matter what it looks like or feels like, God makes us fit for His use. It doesn’t matter your sphere of influence. God likes to take those that may not fit the expectations of man, clean them up, and pour himself into them.
In Genesis, God took dust from the ground and fashioned a body; nothing more than a clay pot shaped into the form of a man and blew his glorious breath into him. He filled him with himself, his life force and this clay pot became a living soul. If this was not enough, He gave him dominion over the earth. When man walked away from His divine assignment. God decided on implementing plan A. He sent his son. Put Him into a clay pot and gave him permission to redeem mankind – the very ones who had walked away.
Why? Although, we are like common clay jars [we] carry this glorious treasure within, so that the extraordinary overflow of power will be seen as God’s, not ours. Though we experience every kind of pressure, we’re not crushed. At times we don’t know what to do, but quitting is not an option. We are persecuted by others, but God has not forsaken us. We may be knocked down, but not out.
2 Corinthians 4:7-9 TPT
No matter what it looks like or feels like God created you for His use and He will make you ready for His use. Submit to His process. I invite you to make a trip to be refurbished in the hands of the potter.
“Arise and go down to the potter’s house, and there I will cause you to hear My words.” Then I went down to the potter’s house, and there he was, making something at the wheel. And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter; so, he made it again into another vessel, as it seemed good to the potter to make. Jeremiah 18:2-4 NKJV
Never forget that daily we submit ourselves into the hands of the potter. Daily He loads us with new benefits. Daily He reworks us for His use. Don’t be anxious for anything but through prayer and faith God will give you favor and wisdom to overcome your obstacles. You carry His divine treasure and it is in the process of the making, breaking, and remaking His glory can be seen and released.
